Our assessments focus on understanding root causes within the overall system and developing practical solutions that restore balanced operation and consistent heat profiles.

We inspect burner stabilizers, pilots, ignitors, scanners, and manifolds to detect wear, misalignment, or performance imbalances that can lead to instability. Based on our findings, we recommend targeted upgrades or design refinements to improve flame stability and extend component life.

Through our partnership with International Combustion Equipment (ICE Italy), Alstam extends its capabilities with proven European process burner designs and decades of combustion expertise.

In collaboration with ICE, we use advanced computational fluid dynamics to study flow behavior, flame patterns, and temperature distribution; supporting continued design refinement and validation.
